Salt & Vinegar for me. I remember when they were marketed as "Pig Skins". Doesn't matter what they're called, they's still goood!

I was born in extreme southeast Georgia (Camden Co.) as a young boy, I can remember going out to the old Merryweather Plantation, this is where the Pig Skins were processed and packaged for the Rawls Pecan and Candy Co. I will never forget the smell of fresh fried rinds coming from the vats and being spread over the expanded metal to dry. That's when they are the best. Right out of the hot grease. Yum!

That's what I still call em. You threw me a curve on "AMAP" though. What dat mean?

Never sit down with a bag of pig skins without belly wash of some type. Mr. Pig could have the last laugh.
