I've only ever told one person that (my current gf). Did so after about 4 months. Probably felt it after 4 dates tbh.

I told my S/O, now my wife, at about the 3 month mark. Felt it maybe a month earlier but wanted to be sure it wasn't just infatuation resulting from the great sex.
