Le Mont Saint-Michel is an island commune in Normandy, France. It is located about one kilometre off the country's northwestern coast, at the mouth of the Couesnon River near Avranches and is 100 hectares in size.

Hubble took many fantastic photos but this one is its most significant capture. The Hubble Ultimate Deep Field photo changed our view of the Universe. Instead of the 100 billion galaxies that was previously estimated in the observable Universe, astronomers are now saying that a count of 2 trillion is more accurate.
That's profound. It means that the concentration of galaxies in the Universe is far greater than thought.
