Lots of potential. I think they had a lot to setup in the first episode and did so well.
It will help that this whole story is written from start to finish so there won’t be any D&D-special story making.

The first episode was very good in setting up the plot for the show without trying to be too much. Looking forward to episode 2

HBOMax is the best streaming service out there imo
Well worth the money. It has the best series on there and a lot of great movies. Plus, lack of censorship

S1, ep 4 last night was pretty good.
