New rankings were released today.

Fayetteville was also ranked 5th in 2017, and 3rd in 2016.

This is why I think the list is shite (nothing against Fayetteville per se):

DC - 8th
Seattle - 10th
Phx - 19th
SF - 20th

She's a one-trick pony it seems. LINK

Thank God.

Its not a surprise that Fayetteville ranks high on these lists. Its got a thriving economy combined with a low cost of living. That is going to make you look pretty good to a lot of folks.

Though, to be honest, they should just call it what it is, NW Arkansas. The Ozarkopolis that runs from Fayetteville up to the Missouri border is all doing quite well thank you.

Fayetteville is running out of room to expand and places like Rogers are starting to get really hot financially. I've heard many predictions that within another two decades about half the people in the state will be living in Benton and Washington counties. I wouldn't be surprised if Madison county begins to grow as well. So should McDonald county just across the border in Missouri.
