My dog loves to get high. Doesnt pay me any attention if I light up a cigarette. But if I spark a bowl he immediately comes over to hang out.

You'd have to think that if you got the dosage right it would have to increase speed. I bet the dosage is very small.

My cousins gave cocaine to his cat and the cat died a half hour later. It's just not a good idea to give your pets a powerful stimulant. Marijuana smoke or maybe a little bit of beer for fido is a different story.
