Rogers now. Specifically up the street from the Indian Motorcycles place. So... technically in Little Flock.
We appear to have swapped long time home towns.

Celiac
I know we've been over this before, but didn't you only come to this realization relatively recently?
I ask because I have a relative who is probably going to get a biopsy to test for it soon, and she's gone decades seemingly without knowing.
Is this a thing? I thought you were born with it.
Or is it just that the malabsorption part is what catches up eventually?

I just got it. Apparently it is an auto immune issue that can be "woken up" or some bullshite. I am in multiple celiac groups on facebook and some of those people get diagnosed in their 70s.
What I've come to find out that worked for me the best was...
1. Seeing a nutrionist. She really opened my eyes to what I was in for.
2. Walking everyday at least 20 minutes. Really relaxes the stomach and digestive system.
3. Low does anti depressant. The side effect is something that cuts my reactions down by over 50%
4. The medical weed just helps with the inflammation obviously. But, this shite is stressful and it helps not to overthink so much.
5. Staying hydrated and drinking lots of water to flush the system. Gatorlyte and Liquid IV is a life saver.

Interesting, thanks for the info.
This shite is stressful might be my unofficial motto for the rest of the day.

I'm glad to hear you got help with the vape and gummies. I'm trying gummies thanks to a friend because the center does not have a policy yet on use. While the state is fine with it, physical rehab centers are not.
Is any brand better for inflammation? I'm eating good but still have issues.

The gummies i use are 3chi and they are the internet stuff. I get them for about $1 a piece. The ones at the dispensary are $3-5 a piece. So, I am not too sure about the medical ones. My dispensary has a way to filter by effect. I get the ones for calmness, relaxation and pain.

I have the Pain Bundle my friend picked up in Michigan. One is to relax without making me sleepy while the other is the opposite.

I wonder if HRV, TL, and a few of the OT regulars can assist us in keeping you out of the slammer?
Have a great afternoon

It is probably not a good sign when you are on a first name basis with the local city and county Po Po in grade school. Add to that when they already know where you live when they pick you up. That said, I went with the Big 3 to not land a single night in the city hotel.
1 Always carry doughnuts, fresh and warm if possible.
2 Always make the cop laugh
3 Acquire a rep for going after bullies. Beat the snot out of a guy picking on a girl with no hair (turns out she had leukemia) and she turned out to be the daughter of one of the most hard assed detectives in the area. Talk about a "Get out of Jail Free" card in Monopoly, this was way better.

That would be my luck or lack of.
