For those of you that have never heard of the Auburn Meat Sciences Laboratory

They have a store that sells hand cut beef and pork products, as well as smoked and cured meats. (I had never heard of them until this week, and apparently even a lot of students are unaware of their existence.)
I grilled up a couple of steaks yesterday. I'm looking forward to trying some of the smoked products soon.

UK has a butcher shop. Prices are reasonable.

UF does something similiar. Not sure if they smoke anything.
