How old are you? Just curious.
I'm sixty in Sept. I haven't eaten breakfast daily since I was a teenager. Ever since I turned 30, I've only had black coffee in the mornings and I just hold my appetite until lunch.

I have 5 grandkids, so not young - but younger than you.
I quit using caffeine about 9 years ago completely, and I don't like coffee anyway. I'll grab a dew or dr pepper on occasion when I go out to eat, but that's about it. Otherwise I only drink water.
I eat breakfast around noon most days. "Lunch" is my biggest meal of the day, and I eat it normally around 3-4pm.

Blue Bell Natural Vanilla Bean or Dutch Chocolate. Those are 1a/1b.
But, I have an affinity to Breyers Cookies and Cream since my grandparents ALWAYS had a container in their freezer. Takes me back to my childhood every time I eat it.(which isn't much these days...getting old sucks)
