we're told Janoris was out of the state when the body was discovered early Tuesday morning -- but sources connected to the NFL player tell us his camp is aware of the situation.

The identity of the victim is unclear -- we know investigators are actively working the case.

We've reached out to JJ's reps for comment -- but, so far, no word back.

Is this another one of those hidden gay post concussive sociopathic players that usually plays for Florida?

So one of his old buddies overdosed while he wasn't home?

How is this a surprise given the background of many pro athletes? Hell, I'm only surprised that this didn't happen to Allen Iverson a dozen times, given the losers that he brought along with him.

That's possible, but police are investigating a homicide. Not an over dose.

Honestly, in the context of my post, there's not a lot of difference. If it's not someone from his hometown or a hanger-on from Gainesville, I'll be extremely surprised.

I feel ya, I guess. However, plenty of normal people OD all the time that aren't necessarily bad people.

Anyone who willingly kills another person is a thug POS.

That's really the difference I was pointing out.

Make seven figures and suddenly you'll have all the hangers-on and lawyers you want and don't want.
