I've been married 10 years. I love my wife. I wish the most annoying thing she did was hold her fork upside down.
The only problem is the public embarrassment. Ironically, I once dated a girl who only did upside down hand jobs (palm on top with elbow out) and I remember thinking - I wish someone else could see this and explain to me what is going on (or tell me it's okay to laugh).
