Born before 1980's Webb brothers "reconstruction" or after and all the unnecessary traffic mess and the crappy chain food joints?

This was my very first post on the OT and well... you can take a look for yourself. I was new to the site and had been lurking around mainly posting on the SC board but the OT board was always good reading.

Spoiler alert! Coastie was up to shenanigans.

Possibly. She likes the people out there but its a matter of whether they have a position available for her when she graduates in December.

Either way she's also teaching at UK and the dept wants her to stay on board and teach, so if something isnt available right away she will at least have some sort of income.

Haha born in 88, so i guess i dont know old Lexington.

But i try to avoid the chain restaurants. We have way too many good places to eat to waste money on crap food

Oh ok. I'm rarely in ATL (hate the fricking traffic), but the hubby loves it there. So I'm sure we'll over that way in the very near future.

We're planning on going to Savannah sometime in the future since I've never been.

I feel really old now with the changing of the guard out there. Guys like Beasley getting to retirement when I knew him as a n00b. The old guys like TB you see at some old haunts like Campbell House means it is getting late in the game. Are you old enough to remember Don Edwards, just heard he passed in the past month or so.

If you know the law folks, Fortunes wife is the one who "sorta" took over Don's job at the paper.

How did she know where you work and what you looked like?

- Similar story, i post a music forum, it doesn't get the same level of traffic, but I was at this music festival in Virginia and this guy walks past me and i recognize him from a couple pictures he had posted online. He is probably in his 60's old hippie kind of vibe.

Anyway i yell out his nickname and he turns around and comes up to talk to me, end up hanging out for the rest of the evening and at the late night show. I've seen him twice since at different concerts since then randomly .

I wondered what happened! It deleted all mine too. Lucky I had things backed up in imgur.

we have been here since May after I graduated. Tuesday was the first time, we went to ATL as a couple. We did world of coke, Krogg street market and then Monday night Brewing.

We did stay two nights in the ATL when we looking for a place before we moved but we didn't get to do anything because we were both sick.

the old places in Savannah are nice, we have been twice with GBO. The first time we walked like 3 miles to the Green Truck Pub which was excellent.
