This should be fun.

Interesting contrarian POV. I didn't say that it was fact -- I just said that it was there. What you do or don't with that information is solely on you.

I think you might be overthinking my position based on that statement, but I'll let it go.

Ah, understood.
I retract my earlier comment then about watching through 10 minutes. Watch through at least the first 15.

There are quite a few people that believe the circumstances surrounding his death are suspect.
His gf was pictured hugging up to another younger guy in Rome this week. He probably relapsed, and when withdrawing from opiates the chemical imbalance in your brain is well known to give people heavy suicidal thoughts and feelings.
I'd bet it was as simple as that, and that makes it even more tragic to me.
You want to talk about conspiracy and murder though, Kate Spade had just sold her company for $2.4 Billion. That ain't no damn coincidence IYAM.

Here's where things get murky. We know Anthony was shooting his show in France this week -- he'd been there for at least 4 days. However, Asia was back in Rome, strolling around with a French reporter named Hugo Clément. There were photos of them holding hands and hugging, but the Italian photographer who shot the pics pulled them off the market on the heels of Anthony's death.

It looks that way. I hadn't seen that on her and Clemente. They said that Bourdain was more in love then he had been in a long time. Obviously it crushed the dude. I hate that for his daughter. As much as I hate to say it, I hope that was the real and only reason.
Do you know if they said that Spade had a history of mental illness before killing herself?

I saw where Spades sister or someone said that she was fixated on Robin Williams suicide. Not sure how much that factors in, but I’m sure it does to an extent

When you think about the heavy emotional roller coaster that Bourdain and his gf just went on together as he supported her through the Harvey Weinstein scandal, I imagine a break up right now would hit a lot harder than a typical break up as well.
I'm honestly not sure. I've been a big fan of Bourdain's since No Reservations premiered in 2005. I very nearly majored in journalism and Bourdain was definitely an influence in that, do I was a little more inspired to look closer at his death than Spade's. The conspiracy angle of Spade's death is intriguing though, when I get some time I'll definitely read up on her some more.

Well it happened. Nobody guessed right. It was a musician, though.

It was Hillary Rodham Clinton. She had Bourdain murdered due to his stance on Hillary's good, good buddy Harvey Weinstein.

Avicii was the first. Then Kate Spade. Then Bourdain.

I heard or read somewhere he has a 13 year old kid. Hard for me to square him offing himself if that is the case. To be honest kind of aggravating that no one will take him to task over it. I guess it is socially unacceptable for anyone on the right to trash the dead, and libs don't GAF about how people raise their kids. So bring on the hero worship I guess.

Having been through extremely harrowing and difficult times in my life, I never judge other people on what they might be going through. I've had friends (especially from the military) try or succeed several times, and while I never really got to the point where I'd actually do it -- I don't blame them.
Everyone is on the same planet I am, and I always assume that they're fighting battles we can't openly see. I won't blame anyone for taking their own life if they deem it necessary or do not wish to live anymore. His kid's 32, it's his business.

Actually just found out she is 11.

I know, I know, don't judge me while I am behaving badly. Sorry but a man that cannot live up to his obligations as a father just isn't much of a man in my eyes. I understand that there are always exceptions, but this doesn't appear to be any type of extreme case. I don't hate the guy, but I am not going to celebrate him either.

Sorry about that, I read his wife's age rather than his daughter's but still: So what? I understand I'm callous to the wants of children, but if someone is suffering from a mental disorder, I don't see it as within their control.

Hence the lack of respect from me. If you cannot control your actions, you are bad, not a victim. Of course as always there are exceptions. I don't see Bourdain as an exception. Maybe he is, but maybe he is a selfish a-hole like he has been portrayed many times by people who have met him? Everyone is so quick to defend bad behavior in this age. This is why we have so much bad behavior.
And it has nothing to do with being callous to the wants of children, it is about raising your family like a man instead of a little coward.

Thought about you & CNB when someone sent me this link on all the strange photos Spade's husband had posted on IG before her death. Admittedly all of his pictures on IG seem odd to me so it's obviously very possible and maybe even likely that it's nothing, but it's still a bit weird to me.
Conspiracy Angle floating around some of the QAnon circles on Twitter: The picture of Andy Spade wearing the mouse mask surfaces again. Seeing some people say that the mask is actually Bernard from the Disney movie The Rescuers down under & I think it is. (Great movie btw) -- Quick recap: "Bernard" & Miss Bianca saved abducted children with their NYC based group the Rescue Aid Society. Spade was an outspoken child advocate/child abuse mentor and prominent member of The New York Center for Children. It's said that she was very outspoken against Child/Human Sex Trafficking. According to the "theorisits", they think ultimately that's what got her killed. She knew too much about some of the unspoken pedo/human trafficking circles that are connected to some prominent people/circles ( Think high society Politicians/Aristocrats/The Dark side/Underbelly of Hollywood.. Think Harvey Weinstein Esque style shitbags), or so they say anyway.
:TakesTinfoilOff:
Again, not saying that I agree with the information. Just that it's there and "floating" around.
