I have some friends of mine there that love it. To each his own I guess.

Yes indeed. When I was there it seemed more like a good place to raise a family than it did a place to live right out of college. But that was 5 years ago and I know things are changing quickly there.

Savannah would be a nice place to live. I'm not sure about career opportunities there however.

I've seen a few job openings in Savannah at golf courses. Unfortunately, I'm still two years away from graduating with my masters.

Personally Ive thought about living in Nashville when i get out of college. Seems like a pretty clean and fun city plus I'm a huge Titans fan

Gotta know someone here to get a good job. But it is booming and gorgeous.

Nashville seems to be another popular place for Bama grads that I know.

It makes no sense that Mobile and Montgomery are on the list but Birmingham isn't.

Neither of them should be on it.

B'ham is better than some of the other cities on the list as well.

Anyone have experience with Louisville? That's one Southern-ish city I really don't know much about.
And no I don't think New Orleans would be #1. But it's infinitely better than it was just 10 years ago. Tons of young people are moving to NOLA, and that's something I thought I'd never say.
