I lived in Atlanta for 2 years and am currently in Birmingham. If you're gonna be working hours that will have you on the roads at high traffic hours you better not move to Atlanta. Birmingham traffic isn't great but if you avoid I-65 during these times it is manageable.

I like both cites but there is way more to do in Atlanta. Way more music, sports, restaurants, entertainment, festivals, etc. the traffic sucks but I work from home and travel a good bit so Hartsfield is better for me. More direct flights anywhere. We live ITP which is also key. OTP sucks.

Yeah...I'm probably going to go with Atlanta on that one. More money, more to do, and so forth.
