To care for his wife, battling stage four breast cancer. God bless them, and I hope she is able to kick that disease. As someone who lost my mother to cancer at age 22, that is one thing I don’t wish on anyone

Terrible disease. I wish him and his wife a speedy recovery.

Mrs. Anderson was placed in hospice a few days ago. By now, the cancer had spread to her lymph nodes, brain, and liver. Chemo has been ineffective. Just a bad deal.

According to news reports she passed away peacefully sometime last night.
My condolences to her family and friends. Cancer is a horrible thing and I hope that future generations will one day never have to deal with it.

Wow, thought maybe they were still able to battle this, didn't realize she was in hospice care. Terrible and prayers for their family.

The bitch cancer takes another life.... we all know there’s a cure already discovered.... I’m just sick of watching this disease take lives of not only our loved ones but others as well.

This is true unfortunately. My uncle just passed this weekend. He was given 3-6 months not too long ago, my mom took him in last weekend w/hospice, and he passed Saturday night. Will be buried tomorrow next to my grandparents whom also died of cancer. So sad.

I am very sorry to hear that.
Cancer is such an vile and evil thing. Particularly because, despite what some might think, its not just one disease. It is more then two hundred conditions, each of which will need its own cure to beat.
I have faith that we will defeat this in the fullness of time. Polio used to be a scourge that took away the lives of so many and now it is almost vanished. Though those who oppose vaccines have done their best to bring it back.
If we can beat polio, and that took a lot of time, then we can beat cancer, in all its many forms.
