Why would you know that?

Since I lose everything, doing that would be like me asking to be homeless.

Seems like if you wanted to please the dark arts gods/spirits, you'd at least take out a cow and offer it steak. Though I suppose the logistics of a bovine sacrifice in NYC would be difficult.

I actually had a lot of questions but then I was afraid to ask for fear they would think I was mocking them. They always told me I had a good aura, and were really nice to me. I think they fancied themselves as witch vigilantes who used the dark arts to protect the good.

Tell me about it! I can't tell you how many times I had to say... "oh no, they think they are real witches" and then burst out laughing.

Like Batman, but they sacrifice the bat.

I would have lost it halfway though thinking that sentence. Which is why it's better you handled that situation. Five curses on me minimum.

I think they would have done people and bigger animals if it wasn't illegal and they weren't in NYC.

I might have heard a goat one night but it could have been one of their weird witch noises.

They believe they have magical powers, yet are scared of NYPD. Awesome.

Reminds me I'm craving some curried goat.

See! This is what I wanted to ask!!!!! Now that I have put it together that the person who had a spell cast upon him actually died, I sort of want to call them up and ask what the spell was that they cast.

I might add, you should have been there when I had company over and they heard one of their rituals in the garden. They'd ask what it was and I would say, "that's just the witches having a sacrifice. They have the store front and live in the unit below me."
