It DOES go into details about the sexual assaults, several times. I shut it off about 30 minutes in and then decided to finish it the next day or something.
The stuff strictly about Paterno seems like it probably rings pretty true.

I think it’s worth watching once. I watched it. It was okay. I wouldn’t watch it agian, but it defentily gave me a good insight and different perception of things going on there.
