ehhhh......

We've known since 1969 that the aliens have been using the moon as a way station......haven't you watched the "Unsealed" series on NeFlix....Armstrong and Aldrin saw it

There is some former Canadian defense minister that has laid this all out.....the Nordics, the Grays(evil guys)the Whites and Reptilians. There is some base out west where they have their "Men in Black" center...the Dulce Center

If another civilization/group set up shop on the moon before we do, it's like the scene from Gladiator. We may not know or accept that we're conquered, but we're conquered.

What leads you to believe such a colony doesn't already exist. Military technology you see wasn't made public until 30 years after the fact. We've probably had a military base on the moon for at least that long.

I think strange women, lying in ponds distributing swords, seems a perfectly reasonable foundation for a system of government.
