Not going to lie... I've used the Chinese stuff before. Hard to beat the price, but it really is an inferior product.

Mr. Bernard, your Mansura company is merely the importer of Chinese raised and processed crawfish.

If you've used them, you will notice a distinct odor. You have to thoroughly wash them and waste all that would-be good fat. Even then the only dishes they're worth using in are those with rich sauces such as stews, etouffee, and maybe fettuccine if you're already cheating by using Velveeta. If making a real al fredo sauce, fresh crawfish is a must.
