No but grandmother is staying with my parents and she has dementia and their sitter told them today that the 7h of June would be her last day

Oh that sucks. It's hard to find sitters for that sort of thing. My mom found one for someone in my family by calling someone at the Nursing Home and asking if they wanted extra work.
