I didn't realize that the new move after hearing about a school shooting, was to make fun of gun control before any details are in. I'll remember that during the next inevitable shooting.

Rather than kick her out, he should have videoed the act first. Then the bitch gets nothing and he doesn't spend the rest of his life in prison.
Lifelong friend of mine had a similar experience. He also owned enough weaponry to eliminate any DNA from either of the parties. Rather than kill them, He chose to video and stay out of jail. Bitch got nothing in the divorce settlement. Not even the kids. Profit.
