Like I said, a few years ago I'd probably be on the other side of the fence, and while I don't think we're helping the Earth I think it's a little bit of a stretch to suggest we control the climate at a significant rate.
Nonetheless, I think climate should be looked at, harnessed and manipulated if possible in the future. If only for Terraforming later on.

It would be 'hearkening back' if I brought it up. I was simply correcting an inaccurate accusation. You should've been able to recognize this.
And most folks on here aren't being paid in tax dollars and seen as heroic figures because of their employer, kind of an important detail.

And this is a reason to attack someone personally? If you honestly think that people can't maintain CQ or Staff Duty and be on the internet at the same time I have some jackboots for you if you're interested.

I'm not sure how this isn't clear and understood.
What Pete Carroll thinks doesn't add anything of relevance to the actual debate, so what he thinks doesn't really matter.
But, the fact that a Super Bowl and Nat'l Championship winning football coach who is loaded with charisma, good looks and a rational-well-adjusted personality thinks it was an inside job does do something to counter the 'tin foil in moms basement' stereotype.
As you can see there is value to pointing out what Pete thinks, while recognizing that what he thinks doesn't add anything to the actual debate.

This was a long time ago. I didn't bring it up in this thread, I simply corrected a wrong accusation. You should probably calm down and leave it be.
Your inherent anger towards me over a past conversation that didn't go well for you shines through in every post.
