I haven't lived in St.Louis in ten years so for me it doesn't matter what city they play in. I think Kroenke is everything wrong with America though. Guy is a modern day robber baron.

Nope.
The Cardinals left when I was a kid. I adopted the Chiefs as my team and they've remained my team even after the Rams came to St. Louis. I've been to maybe two Rams games. I've never developed any sort of connection to the Rams franchise. But, I do have hometown pride and I would not like to see the city stripped of an NFL franchise (again) even if I'm not a supporter.

I thought it was just the city of STL. They want the STATE tax payers to fund the stadium??
The state portion was going to be covered by an extension of the existing bonds that built the dome.
Gov. Nixon had the legal authority to extend the bonds on his own, but Republican legislators objected to being effectively bypassed in the process and were actively trying to kill it.
The state would have come out slightly ahead on the investment via taxes generated by the Rams through the state income tax on players, management salaries, etc. and an entertainment tax collected from tickets that is used on the arts throughout the state.
It's become an all too familiar clusterfrick that is St. Louis politics. Locals were willfully sleeping at the switch until they realized Kroenke could leave - then they woke up and tried to jam a new stadium through the back door under a one year deadline.
St. Louis was incompetent while Kroenke exploited an opportunity to triple his franchise value by moving back to LA. He's within his legal rights to leave, but he's a bad owner who values the piling up money he'll never spend over being a good civic citizen. And then he kicked St. Louis in the nuts on his way out the door with his relocation letter.
I could go on and on, but why bother? They gone.
Kansas Citians... Thank your lucky stars that you were blessed with the Hunt family.

As much as I hate LA and $tank, players like Quinn, Donald, Alec ect will make it hard for me to just forget or no longer root for them
I still like the players but as long as $tank owns the team I will no longer give my money to that shyster.
The Chiefs have roots firmly planted in Missouri and, since I'm not from the STL area, they probably should have been the team I rooted for all along.
When you're 12 the Rams horned helmets look so much cooler though. Plus winning the Super Bowl and having the GSOT didn't hurt either.

I'm going to hire a recruiting firm to find a new team and after spending numerous dollars will probably end up with the no brainer KC Chiefs if my curators approve it.

If St. Louis builds that 1.1 billion dollar stadium, not only Jacksonville, but other franchises will take interest.
No way we build the stadium without an NFL team already in place, further more a large portion of the stadium was to be funded from the NFL/other NFL related avenues, we aren't just going to all of a sudden pay the rest of it
Additionally, I thought Khan said he had no interest in moving the Jaguars.

Didn't Stan say the same about the Rams?

Now is a good time to get on the bandwagon.

When Stank/Benedict Arnold finally croaks I hope his casket is filled with all his billions of dollars since he apparently thinks he can take all his money to the grave with him.
So I guess go Chiefs now.Feels weird rooting for a KC team.Maybe someday I'll get used to it.

I would like to root for the chiefs but the nfl took a shite on STL today so I'm doubling down on the Tigers.

I am no longer a rams fan...
Looking for a new team...probably follow the chiefs for a few years before I call myself a fan

I really hope Mizzou benefits from this situation. But there are too many people in StL that can't see pass their PRO nose. So, I guess the effect will be a minor benefit to Mizzou? Hope I'm wrong again.

Truthfully though this may very well benefit St. Louis. The NFL is continually morphing with player safety issues and will only continue to do so in the near term. NFL may be a very different thing in no time and we would still be paying on the stadium while that continues.
