There is a rumor of a broken bone but unconfirmed.

What about other injuries to both teams?

I understand that Penton will be out.

I've seen this rumor floating around.

I know that later in the Miss St. Game he followed through into a helmet.

I broke a bone in my hand playing baseball in HS, I couldn't throw the ball across the diamond. I had to leave the game when I couldn't pick up a bat.

If JFF played the LSU game with a broken throwing hand, then I salute that dude. However, it would certainly explain his poor performance throwing the football.

even if he was healthy LSU was still going to skull drag him because we own him. Anyways i do believe he is hurt because if you watch his highlights you notice jff holds the ball in one hand when scrambling and it is what allows him such a quick release on throws on the run. In the LSU game when he broke contain he didnt hold the ball out with one hand which probably indicates that he is indeed nicked up.

I don't wish injury on anyone, but I hope the Tigers make their presence felt with Manziel Saturday...

I definitely noticed less zip on his throws in the LSU game, I thought it was shoulder related until I heard the hand rumors.

It's funny how Marcus Mariota has a below average game against Stanford and he essentially drops out of the Heisman race immediately.

Manziel has a horrible game against LSU and nobody really seems to care.

Am I the only one a bit concerned about this? With him and Singleton out, our secondary is not only questionable, now it's thin as well.

He is nicked up how bad nobody know cause Sumlin dosen't talk about injuries. But I do know he's been seen at a local sports medicine office. Don't know if it was for his shoulder or his hand but he definitely has an issue or two

Manziel has a longer track record of success. Also, Mariota has had two bad games.

No, that is definitely a concern. Is Singleton out for sure? I thought he was questionable...

But the secondary was always going to be a problem, and the key to beating A&M does't lie in the secondary - thankfully, because then we'd be in trouble. It's in the front 7.
