No we won't. Sterk is going to hire an actual coach. Not a Coach-in-training.

Lol....the 1st lopsided loss by a sub par team, and you will be on the new coach like stink on shite! Don't kid yourself, or the rest of us!

Odom had a leash, it was last year. He returned 15 starters and haa a worse team. He's a defensive coach with the worst defense in the country.

If you hire a new coach he'd get a year, just like Odom did.

Mizzou isn't a total rebuild, there is talent on the field

Of course we will. But by the following Monday we will be back on board. BO is cutting his own throat. not the fans.

Maybe not from jump street, but as soon as he loses a game...

There are a few types of sports fans. One is happiest when he's miserable. Not anyone's fault. Just chemical makeup.

You want Pelini?

I'm on board if that's what you are saying.

I'm sure you, and only you, will do it right. Maybe the rest of us will finally watch and learn from a true master

You have as much credibility as BO as HC.

That's not true.

I was encouraged by the way Odom's team ended the season, especially after it started the season not looking like a football team.

This is year 2 and we look worse than we did last year.

It's pretty simple.

Yup, there is that type as well.

There is also the realist type.

There was a nice buzz here and in MU land at the end of last season.

There were hopes at the beginning of this season that it would carry on.

It hasn't. The end.

Wheels are off the bus, no leadership from the coaching staff.

Well here, if it makes you all feel better have at it.

We can all agree that it's over at this point though.

He caved to the protest. I believe he thought he was doing the right thing at the time, but he in hindsight it was a fatal move.

Not true, look at Purdue's 1 year improvement. They are playing much better.

Eh, Missouri has a lot going against them though in this regards. There is a negative stigma that will certainly result in harder recruiting of both players and coaches. Additionally, Missouri is starting to feel out of place in the SEC, which I imagine makes recruiting harder as well. Different culture, different climate, different school feel. I don't know what that equates to if anything, but I don't see how it could be a positive.

What about the .Washington, ex Boise St. coach whose name eludes me! If we can hold our pants on till the end of the year, and if Missouri is such a hot shite place to be, why not go after some of the top guys no matter where they are? If we're going to throw millions at the next coach, let's not settle for losers like Miles, Pellini, Chizik, and the rest of the list.

Chris Peterson would never ever come to Mizzou.
