When was the last time a player was kicked off the team for smoking?

Honstly I cannot say with any certainty. I do know that repeated violation do lead to a myriad of corrective actions and of course there is always the frequently used and ever popular "violation of team rules" coach-speak for (not going to tell you)

Nice one RC. I guess the pic prooves it is theoretically possible but while my dog is a loving friend she is not all that bright.

No player is going to be kicked off the team for a first time offense that minor.

What's next Kilo? A "NaNa a Boo Boo I'm better than you" cutting edge retort?

I'd rather see Strong give his blockers time to get hats on the second level. Mashing the accelerator only to run into a wall of bodies then trying to bounce outside is why he averaged? 3.7 ypc yesterday.

I meant I'd rather Crockett's backup be Strong. Not Witter.

As little big as he earns it sure. So far he hasn't done that yet.

My takeaways:

I liked the white/light midget RBs
Sign the kid that beat Acy (I KNOW he had a head start)
What is Cross' job; to mimic BO's hand gestures?

That is all

DCs have way more responsibilities than just calling the plays. Cross still handles all of those.

I understand that but I believe Cross is listed as the Inside LB coach, not DC. At least that's what was listed during the Spring game.

Floyd, Johnson, and Wingo are going to make a very tough rotation in the slot.

I hope you're right. Wingo still has shown me nothing. Johnson I think could be good but his hands concern me. Floyd I liked coming out of high school but tough to say at this point. He looked good Saturday.

Johnson is a star in the making. He's electric with the ball in his hands. You can live with a few drops with guys like that. Certainly he could still improve.

Wingo can get behind a defense. Did it several times last year. Just seem to have a hard time connecting on that play.

Floyd isn't the athlete the other two are, but he does catch the ball and he seems to be pretty smart and has a good feel for the position.

Don't forget Clark. He's going to make an impact. Maybe not right away, but he's going to be very hard to cover when he gets his shot.

Johnson and Floyd will take a majority of the reps with Wingo getting chances to take the top off the defense.

There was a lot to like out of the TEs as well. 3rd down completion % should be better than 47% this year.

The white/light running backs arent midgets

Dawson Downing is 6'0 and 225
Isiah Miller is 5'11 and 195

Downing is for real and Miller is a good get for Mizzoui in this most recent recruiting class, hes shifty and nimble like Marcus Murphy but with more speed

Plus they are just running backs, no need to state their color
