South carolina or Vol fans

Yeah, TN fans are my least favorite so far..

Georgia people are generally good. A lot of them are educated and have some pride for the southern gentleman thing..

FLA fans are whatever.

SC fans are alright.

TN fans are largely uneducated morons with eating disorders. They used to be a great national power and they think because they aren't horrible anymore that they are soon to be that same national power they once were..

It's the "we were great once before, so we'll be great again" theory.

It's asinine logic.

Awesome game we had last weekend. Obviously I hope you guys lose one or two more, but if Mizzou makes it I'll certainly be rooting for them to overthrow the Tide.

This is exactly how I felt about the 2005 Indy bowl. I didn't even have to watch the 2nd half (couldn't, rather) to know that it sickens me. I still haven't watched it.

And Missouri mistakes aside, any 2OT game is a good game. But I definitely understand how y'all are feeling.

The lowest common denominator rules on tRant. And the LCD is somewhere around "friggin stupid." And that's for all fan bases. Except us of course. And Vandy. But everyone else.

I actually like the Tennessee fans. The ones I've met IRL are very nice. They're like any fan base - some are intelligent, educated, good people; some are uneducated jerks who get some sense of self-importance from their team; and some are just good people who maybe didn't go to college, but are still the kind of people that would do anything in the world for you. It's the same way all over the south.

On here? Yeah, some are arrogant douche-canoes, but most of them are fine. I think some of the threads they're starting are just trolls. They're experienced fishermen trying to use poor bait and still get bites.

The problem with the SEC Rant is everyone's trying to be funny. Everyone's trying to troll. Yes, I do it often. I hit and I miss. Just like everyone else.

I really just look at it as a "cant beat em, join em". I try and keep it about football though and usually only the team we play that week.


The thing is, this leaves every retarded poster a failsafe. At any point a poster can say something completely ludicrous and be completely ludicrous. When he gets owned by the entire board, he immediately says he was "trolling" to make himself not look retarded.

I will warn those of you going to the game, be prepared to hear Rocky Top AT LEAST 136 times.

Is Tennessee bringing their band to Columbia? I saw their band perform at the Bama game last weekend, and I have to say - very impressive. The formations and marching they do is fantastic - hate to admit, but Marching Mizzou isn't up to that standard.
