He's whined about how fed up he is with twitter for some time. He first noted his twitter posts were only to provide links to his site's stories. Now he's apparently whacked it entirely.
Don't know the straw that broke the camel's back, but I think it includes some thin-skin syndrome. And keep in mind, Gabe is much brighter than the rest of us knuckle-walking dregs.

Good. Mizzou needs a better class of sports reporting. Crazy that one if the best J schools in the country can’t hire a talented grad to cover sports that isn’t a self-absorbed dick head.

He was frustrated that random fan accounts were consistently beating him on recruiting scoops and decided to retreat to his safe space of Powermizzou.
Twitter does suck though and everyone would be better off if it didn’t exist
