Disclaimer, I'm an old T&F guy.

After 12 years as head coach, Halter's ladies team has, again, finished in their usual place...dead last.

But not to be outdone, Halter's men's team also finished dead last.

Sorry to whine about a non-rev sport, but Last? Nearly every damned year? For 12 fricking years?

Yeah, I know, it's track, who cares? Clearly not the Athletics department.

This will be remedied by our new AD, Caitlin Jenner. This is the next logical step in the DEI hiring playbook.

We could be a top 25 team and finish close to last.

Same with baseball.

You've got Arkansas, LSU, A&M, and Florida squatting in the conference. With Texas soon to join. I love track and field but building a team that consistently wins in the SEC is going to be rough with what is already here.

Sure, it can be done. But its going to take a lot of effort.

Agreed. We've got bigger fish to fry....well, once we catch them.
