It may point to serious internal issues which are showing up in our record this year.

Elarbee almost certainly took a sizable pay cut to go to UCF.

Could it be that there is tension simply because Odom felt blindsided by the departures, especially since they happened so quickly. I dont think anyone saw Heupal going from Utah State to HC in 2 years.

Odom was happy for Huepel. Elarbe was a little different. After Huepel left Elarbe committed to staying, then left by sending a text.

Odom is failing enough on his own that we don’t need to make anything up.

This is a major difference between Pinkel and Odom that people seem to conveniently leave out when they compare the two.
