I wouldn't say "without ANY." He doesn't have to check bags. But he has some carry-on NCAA baggage.

Put me down for Howland, just because most are saying Marshall and being a Mizzou fan that's a clear sign to me it won't be him.

What NCAA baggage are you referring to? There's been nothing regarding the NCAA that I've heard of.

Start getting pissed, I'm already fuming. The top 2 twitter posts gave me a feeling that my nuts are about to be kicked.

I will have a very hard time watching Mizzou basketball if that turns out to be the case. I'm sure he's a good guy, but I think he would be in very much over his head. I don't think I could bear to watch a decline like what I believe would occur if he becomes our coach.

Unfortunately, I'm at a point where I almost don't care. I'm teetering on a ledge. On one side, is getting real excited about Mizzou basketball again and supporting it. On the other side is, oh well, when's football start? If I catch a game on TV, ok, but if not, oh well. This hire will probably push me one way or the other.

Fran Fraschilla's post sounded like he's already been hired and the BOC will finalize it Monday, this is horrible, old man river will not be able to recruit and I was never really a fan of Norm, yeah i said it.

I liked Norm. I don't know if KA can recruit. I know, right now, I don't care if he can or not. Moves my needle zero.

An investigation was begun and then stopped when it was revealed that the NCAA investigator was biased (not that the investigation was unfounded). But there was some serious smoke around the recruitment of Shabazz Muhammad.

How can Alden sell this move to a restless fanbase? I just don't see it. If they do hire Anderson then we know it took all week because nobody wanted the job. How foolish was I to believe we would get Howland?

I am willing to wait, impatiently so, but wait until things are official before I melt.

If this is what you are referring to, it had nothing to do with Howland or UCLA. It had to do with unofficial trips to North Carolina and Duke during Muhammad's recruiting paid for by a financial advisor, which is why he was reinstated and eligible to play for UCLA and had to repay $1600. This had nothing to do with Howland. Is there another case you're thinking of?
