Jesus I think you are in the minority here. Fans have a right to be mad. They have the right to be really mad. This was handled poorly by both sides. There was also no unity with the team. This cost us money. It cost us recruits. It cost us students. It cost us our reputation. Don't tell us to get over it we have a right to be mad at OUR university and how poorly this was and still is being handled. It's not over.

I'm not telling you to get over it. I don't care what you do tbh. I am so pissed at extremists on both sides at the moment I'm close to taking a big step away from all of it. Except I can't, because this divisionist bullshite is everywhere I turn. Liberal/conservative black/white and you are all fricking nuts! So dug in that there is literally no changing your mind no matter what the outcome is. This may be my final straw. I may crack. I simply can't deal with society anymore. Any purity it may have once had has been effectively murdered by extremist on both sides. Pigeonholed. God's lonely man is an atheist. Or at least he thinks he is/pretends to be until the fear of death creeps in. Kind of ironic if you think about it
If I didn't have children to support I would be living on the side of a mountain right now as far away from people as I can get. As it stands, I'm forced to waller in this steaming pile of shite we call society with a smile on my face. Constantly wandering why everyone around me is so fricking crazy, but maybe it's not them...

Weird. I was thinking several of these exact thoughts on the way home tonight. (ISUS inspired, not SJW).
Maybe that's why these insanely stupid survival shows have an audience. People know deep in their gut that shite's gonna hit the fan one of these days. I have no doubt that's why people are buying guns and ammo til their ain't no tomorrow - race war / zombie apocalypse / world financial collapse with barter and tribal society.
I'm just hoping Mizzou wins an SEC or Natty before then.
