Points on the board on both teams' first drive.

Tigers lead going into half time.
In the 3rd, S. Car. rallys, posting at least two unanswered TDs.
The fourth is ours.
(of course, this is every game this year)

MU wins by 17.

Change the thread title to "predictions for South Carolina game".

I think that we score less because South Carolina will control possession on the ground.

We squeak out a close one as Clowney is super motivated.

Mizzou 27 South Carolina 20

kilo in light of your response I've decided you may have a small point. It's during this type of run by our team something usually bad happens, and in light of that I will not make any more predictions about the game this weekend. I remember 2007 all too well one fricking game from the national title game...

Im not trying to bust your balls. I really do appreciate the enthusiasm. I used to think you trolled for the lulz but I have changed my opinion that you just love Mizzou. Thats cool in my book. Some of us old timers can remember some pretty dingy times in Mizzou history with some really unfortunate kicks to the man parts. Thats always going to be in the back of our minds so when I am overly cautious, thats why.

Either way, Bully for ole Mizzou!!

I do love Mizzou.

My first year at MU - the first year I ever followed college ball -- was 2011. A buddy of mine and I got great seats - not much demand for the season tickets then, I guess.

I understand the overly cautious approach. I grew up a Red Sox fan. Nobody understands heartache and loss like a Red Sox fan older than 34.

praying for a red sox 2-0 lead otherwise the zou will be empty with Cardinals fans at the game in St. Louis instead of supporting the tigers

Is it just me or does this not add up.

First year at Mizzou 2011.

Red Sox fan older than 34.

Don't tell me you're a professor.

And I'm going with the 'not much demand for season tickets' as a subtle flame. We had won a ton of games in the 3 years leading up to '11.. I'm sure there was demand.

Not a prof. Adding a professional degree. As for demand - my tickets were row 11. And we bought them late.

As for being suspect - I stopped watching baseball when the bastards went on strike in '94. So, yes, I am the one person in Missouri that doesn't care if the Cards win or lose.

ST is our resident guard dog. Anytime someone gets in the doors the guard dog has to confront until he determines if you friend or foe. Given time, if friend the guard dog jumps on your lap. If foe (an Arkie alter) the guard dog bites. He's just feeling you out to see if you're an alter from one of the other schools.

Busch stadium will be full, regardless.

Wow, I thought I was the only one that quit on baseball in 94. Between that and the steroid era, I never felt better about the decision, either. I lived and died baseball growing up and the bastards finally killed me with the "were in the entertainment business". Fine then, I'll treat you like a movie - watch you only if I feel like it - which was never.

It's only been in the last couple of years that I've finally allowed myself to even be a fair-weather fan and watch the Cardinals come playoff time. But it will never be the same. That said, Game 6 in 2011 was the best game I've ever seen. It was like a freakin' football game!

Otherwise, they can still shove their overpriced tickets and $9 beer.
