Odom and staff have been doing a damn good job of signing in-state players. No link but have been reading the signings on the PD.

It’s mostly been St Louis. A couple of years ago we couldn’t get a STL kid to even look at us. He’s certainly made big strides in that area.

No. No. He is not doing well. He is not making progress. He has just convinced a few overhyped busts to sign on because they can't go anywhere else. Just ask San Diego and the other experts on here who really know what is going on.

Bc the KC area...well.....not to be mean or anything.....but the KC area talent pool is rather dry.

Recruiting relationships take time to develop.

This is true. I’m not sure what happened but they are not pumping out near the talent they used to.
Is Gicinto the only KC area scholarship player currently on the team? Who am I missing?

There's another one but damned if I can think of his name

They tend to think Mizzou has a good shot at these local state of Missouri players.
I don’t think Brick Haley has to drive far to get his 2020 class intact. I like MU’s chances with Columbia’s Jalen Logan-Redding and St. Louis’ Joe Moore, whose dad played for the Tigers. Missouri is recruiting Lutheran North athlete Itayvion Brown, whom the Tigers like as a tight end. Brown is 6 feet, 5 inches and is on an official visit to Kansas this weekend. I think MU has a great shot at him, too.

I thought Brown was being recruited as a WR

Brown is a beast. I don’t know how hard we are after him, but I hope we make him a priority. He’s an athletic freak. He’ll definitely outgrow WR

I think BO is doing a good job at recruiting the state. To call it locking down the borders is a stretch. I'm not a believer yet that the Trinity players are as good as the services would suggest. Take them out of the equation and BO looks to be doing even better.

Inevitable argument-Quantity vr Quality. Numbers vr game changers. Meh, just saying.

I do too. I'm warming up to the guy, but he needs to figure out how to beat Muschamp

And Kentucky (although we did win that game last year but got fricked by the refs)
I’m sick of losing to Kentucky
