...should include an hour each day with ladies coach Pingeton. Robin's girls lead the SEC in freethrow % with a 78.6% clip.

Also, am I the only one who has looked at our coaching bios for men's BB and been startled by the underwhelmingness?

I swear, the experience level of all our staff would make a D-III athletic director bite his lip in fear for the coming season. Their careers are just a few steps above serving a couple years as volunteer assistant coach for the Utah Cerebral Palsy league.

Whole crew has to go !!

Have to spend money on assistants. It's No different than not spending on the HC.

I do think that both Fulford and Dildy have potential to be good assistants. They have the connections needed to recruit, it would be lots easier if they were recruiting for Gregg Marshall on them. Or another coach with name recognition.

You have to recruit staff before you can recruit players.

Kim's staff is one reason he is failing. He was not able to attract assistants that are needed to overcome his flaws.
