10th in the SEC in rushing yds per game
5th in yards per carry
22nd carries per game
16th in rushing TDs.

Not bad for the #2 guy.

Not at all. And Jones and the kid from Kentucky have looked good in their opportunities as well. Running back room looks solid!

Hoping Roberts and Hardy have some hands in the receiving game as well. Suspect they may get some opportunities to do damage there as we start hitting better SEC defenses.

Roberts has shown to be a capable pass catcher already. Not sure on Hardy.

As something to catch teams off guard, yes. But every time you throw to one of them is an opportunity cost in the run game.

Getting the ball to Roberts in space isn't an opportunity cost. Him hitting the safeties and CBs untouched is a mismatch. Arm tackles wont work and a bad angle is a TD.

Yea. Getting Robert’s the ball with a head if steam is a bad time for the second level. Wouks love more wheel routes to him and maybe even a short slant.

Agreed. Think this offense could work in more targets to the tight ends and more quick hitters to the running backs.
