He's not a coach at Mizzou. Just bad journalism on reporting that he was.

Could he help with any form of salesmanship/recruiting? I personally do not give a rat's arse about "off-field" perceptions. I want and need someone to offset BO'dry toast personality who gives US at least the chance to land the type of athletes needed to get US at least a level above the seemingly acceptable "Mendoza" mediocrity (or less) line.

Petrino was his head coach and Garrick McGee was his QB coach. He clearly still talks to one of the two.
