Season is pretty much toast, but I think we have a pretty good chance to win the game. We are -5.5 and FPI gives us a 74% chance of victory.
Kentucky is a pretty similar team to us. Has a offense capable of putting up points against non elite defenses and a shitty defense. If you switched schedules you may very well switch records as well.
O/U is 70.5 and I expect the game to go over pretty easily.
Like I said, the season is already tanked but it would be nice to break this fricking SEC losing streak and finish semi strong heading into the offseason.

Not only can I see us winning..... If Cross is really gone, I can see the defense playing better also.

Even though Cross has moved around like many assistant coaches I think that he has a decent pedigree. I loved what he did at TCU with the linebackers when they didn't have any returning in 2015. Maybe he should have suited up and showed his defense here at the Zou how to tackle and have some heart.

It is a very winnable game.
Kentucky has shite the bed for.... well since Bear Bryant walked their sidelines.
They can beat you, and they can lose to you, and it can be lopsided either way. I think your improved secondary play gives you the edge.
I think you eke this one out.

Well, and that's not what he said really.
He said Odom was taking over D room, may take over play calling, and he'd be suprised if Cross came back.
Even if that all accurate, I wouldn't expect him to be fired after 1 year but we shall see.

Its just that it keeps getting mentioned that Cross has been demoted but is there anything actually reported besides Tigerboard? I did read an articke that said BO was going to be more involved, but nothing about a demotion.
