Regardless of the issue or how you feel about the issue, you don't condemn a University for it's students staging a protest as guaranteed by the Constitution.

I'm a Missouri HS senior who will probably be attending Mizzou next year. While I think this is all extremely dumb (just like every recent protest has been), it will all blow over by the time I'm there.
If you're worried about sending your child to Mizzou because of this then you were probably already worried about them at a big state school in the first place. Besides the giant media coverage right now, this is nothing different than what happens at other Universities.

Well, a small step - Melissa Click resigned her courtesy appointment with the J School before they held the vote to rescind it. It seems her position with the Mass Comm dept is far from certain. Someone has a brain.
