Just trying to get a barometer from everyone. There's not a whole lot new happening as far as the football team goes or anything else for that matter and all we are doing is in fighting and making the same points over and over again. I don't foresee any grand revelations that fix issues on either side and personally I'm ready to clean up the mizzou board but will leave it up to you.

This is a big deal. I agree we shouldn't be fighting among ourselves, but discussions about the fallout from this should be allowed to continue here. The national news is just catching up. There will be at least another news cycle in which this is relevant. With any luck, the next news will be the termination of a communications professor.

I don't want to either Jesus but it's near impossible to discuss anything else with as many of those threads that get bumped. I had to get to page 2 just to bump a football thread. If someone started a football thread now, it would disappear in no time. I'll let it go for now but I'm still a fan of one sticky thread to continue the talk but let the rest of us get back to our normal moaning.

Frankly, I just don't think many people care about this team right now. Maybe that changes Saturday, maybe not.
I know I'm much more concerned about this situation doing irreparable damage to the program than how many points we'll lose the final 3 by.
I'll say this. I don't even really like this team. They suck on the field and from following some of these guys on Twitter we have some true racists, shitty people on this team and I'm not referring to the white guys. One in particular is a backup CB

Make one thread. Sticky it and force all conversation concerning the protests into that one thread and let the board move on to other things.
Im tired of the topic. Cant post anywhere on Tigerdroppings right now without getting bashed over the head with this crap.
Allowing the one thread allows the conversation to be had but doesnt drown out the res of the board.

Well Clay Travis has tweeted his father is worth 20 million. Allegedly an executive at Union Pacific Railroad. We know it is not "White privilege but green privilege so this young man would know about that if this is true. Clay Travis scares me.

This is more entertaining than our garbage football team at the moment. At least this disaster of a situation is par for the course with the mental midgets that are currently attempting to orchestrate an offense on the field.

Agreed. I almost posted a thread here to ask why the level of the vitriol had escalated so much.
As for the OP... I would rather see threads run their course than get anchored.
