It might have to do with the deadline of this, the only, portal season. Deadlines tend to play a role in negotiations, and this time next week is going to make what we've seen this week look like smooth sailing, not just here.

I don't pretend to know who we are pursuing. I think we all know our needs in the portal. We already have a thread for that. That's where the discussion lies.
