!!!!!DANGER!!!!!!!!

Look at that depth chart.

Look. At. That. ****ing. Cornerback depth chart.

Jarvis Ware and Chris Mills are gone, which leaves the Tigers with seven cornerbacks. Seven guys, seven versions of freshmen. One third-year player (Burdine), one second-year player (Rakestraw), one converted receiver (Abrams-Draine), and EVERY OTHER GUY WAS PLAYING HIGH SCHOOL BALL LAST YEAR.

Rakestraw and Burdine played well last year. It's also easier to coach up players that have more natural athletic ability. Drinks recruits are bigger and more athletic. So at least the CB coach has good stock to work with.

Also the greatest collection of talent we’ve prolly had at the position.

Id be open to getting Derion Kendrick from Clemson, a few off the field issues this past year but an absolute baller. Only has 1 year of eligibility left so would be perfect for our guys to learn from him.

If the fools at RockM nation are worried about it, then that gives me more confidence in my stance of not being worried.

Mills was just roster filler. Yeah, Ware had started but he’s just a guy. Not any kind of stretch to believe all of the corners from this class will be as good or better.

Not to mention, there are several quality corners in the portal as we speak.

Teams went after them all year. The new kids might well be better, certainly we'll be no worse off. If Drink wants to go young, and it becomes a learning year, I'm good with it.

THis is what he was hired to do: Change the program and the culture.
