Can you blame him?

Huepel would be a terrible hire. Why do you think he's at Utah state? Oklahoma fans were calling for his head last year. I know he's better than Henson but who isn't?

Meh, he's been good every other year. OU didn't have a QB last year.
Not a guy I'm all that excited about, but he has his positives.

Yea, where were they when they went 11-2 and put 45 points on Alabama in 2013?
I don't believe the guy went from great to bad in one season. That screams personnel problems.

PM has mentioned that Ford might switch to offense and coach RBs.
When he was at Toledo with GP he was the WR coach.

I also don't like the fact that he's a sooner.

My sources have confirmed that Gary Patterson will accept our offer as the new OC.

Odom is a Sooner. Born and raised in Oklahoma. He's not a "true son", he's an alumnus, that is all.
I for one, welcome our new sooner overlords.

Just because he is born in raised in that shite stain of a state doesn't mean he's a sooner. He joined the good guys and enrolled at this great school. When he did that he renounced his old sinner ways.
I also take offense to this and feel unwelcome. I wasn't born in Missouri either. I was born in Oceanside, California. I guess maybe that's why I hate this "true son" crap so much when we hired Kim Anderson. That, or he was a D-2 coach. One of the two.

True Son is stupid and is something old Mizzou people remember from the 80's.

Trueson status can be awarded to out of towners. Is there any doubt that Henry Josey is Trueson?

I still think that Odom might reach out to former teammate Brock Olivo for Special teams/ RBs. He is a special teams assistant coach in KC and as us older folks remeber, has an incredible work ethic. That's why his number is retired.
Of course the Chiefs still have 5 weeks or more to play, so that may be a later position to fill.

Could be. Odom does want 1 coach as a designated special teams guy. Olivo did also work as a RB coach at FCS Coastal Carolina.

There was a stop in KC...
Just sayin.

Are any SEC gunslinger recruiters being mentioned for the staff?
A handful of True Sons and XII refugees are fine, but we need a few headhunters and closers don't we?
