God Navy, one of the best ones you have said, tea spurting all over the screen, picking myself up, dying laughing

"Frost and the AD both believed that they would turn around a team that was crap up front on both sides of the ball in two years. Their fan base was dumb enough to believe it."

In Frosts defense, he was well hyped and you can't blame the guy for making the money grab.

And as far as NU is concerned, they desperately want to return to relevancy.

It is a match made in hell.

Hyped or not, that team has a gross lack of talent. When they get whipped up front next year it will be the same whining on his Monday interview while Damon Benning bumbles through what is wrong with the team. They propped another class up on some skill talent but the overall line talent they got in this class is underwhelming save two players.

The 90s aren't coming back.

Surgical agree with you 100% on Nubberville.

They were the first to start a major weightlifting program and recruited farm kids in the State, then every team got weightlifting equipment, and the farm kids strong as they were, had no speed, so Nebraska went looking for places to recruit, California, and everywhere, but who wants to go to a nothing to do place, it's a wasteland like western Kansas, and their biggest mistake was not recruiting the Big 12 areas, it's a disaster waiting to happen, plus the smartest thing Frost did was keep George O'Leary's players at UCF, but at nubberville he is doing a house cleaning.

I don't think so. Last UGA Championship is 1980.

For wide receivers, he looks for guys who can catch and get open. He wants big O-linemen who can block, too

What is he looking for in place kickers? Seat belts? Food safety inspectors?

For place kickers, he wants guys that kick really, really well. And accurate, too. And maybe can sub in if a linebacker gets tired. (Dean's list is a plus)

All of this talks has shades of a James Franklin led offense back in 2014.

Franklin was on the Detroit Lions practice squad in 2014.
