Yes I know he transferred. Is he the DB that was constantly being called for holding the WR and then would look around like "who me?" or was that someone else?

yep he would jump up and immediately start looking for the official seemingly every incompletion.

He also was one of the guys that would get up and do a strut/ we bad kind of dance after tackling a guy for a 20 yd gain on third and long.

Both of those got much more pronounced the longer he was here which of was one of the things that really made me wonder about Odumb and staff.

But NN liked him.

I will not miss that at all. QB throws an awful incompletion and our guys are strutting around waving their arms like they did something

Exactly this....and it's done in the NFL too.....one of the many reasons I don't watch bc it's just a shitty product

That drives me crazy. Or a 1st down run of around 8 yards that the DB pushes the RB out of bounds. Then the DB immediately starts acting like he's Ronnie fricking Lott.

if you asked a DB they would say its because the DB is so good it forced the the QB to have to make it impossible to catch

and every time the receiver caught the ball it's bc he pushed off

And here I thought I was being too critical when that stuff drove me crazy.

I just remember everytime a receiver got close to Holmes, he just had to grab him. I'm sure in practice he had great technique, but come game time, he was always reaching for the Jersey. 3rd and 20, incomplete pass, flag on the play. Either PI or Defensive Holding.

I never saw any signs of any discipline on Odom's team. No wonder the players loved him

Exactly. It was apparent from the moment he was introduced as the HC...the auditorium of players went absolutely nuts because they knew it would be smooth sailing.
