I was watching the game and thinking how good he looked.

Then he threw a bad pick.

Then he got hurt.

Not worried anymore.

Too bad..always hate to hear about injuries for opponents. I want BYU/Mizzou to be a top 25 match up.

I wouldn't put it past them to have a backup that can play a bit.

BYU plays like absolute punks and I know Odom will not have forgotten, that O gave Odom's defense fits at the Beach bowl last year, remember the fight at the end?

This team will be the chippiest bunch we will play outside of maybe who we play in ATL this year.

The backup Mangum was an elite recruit in the same class as Winston. Sounds like he went to the Elite 11 and came in second that year. But hasn't played in 4 years due to his Mormon mission.

I hate to see any player hurt, and miss a season.

I'm not taking this game for granted. BYU always manages to surprise people. And parts of our game don't look too sharp. Hopefully we will have things clicking by then, because this will be a tough game.

That 2-4 years off are like an extra redshirt year or two for physical development. Also, how does BYU get so many Hawaiian and Samoan players? 12 of their 22 starters are Hawaiian or Samoan, impressive. Their website doesn't list player ages, just class. It'll be a great game, I'll be there!

Maybe MU should become a religious school

Did a nutrition project at Mizzou about Hawaii. Turns out the Polynesian culture is highly Mormon.

I don't think many kids spend much time in the weight room as Mormon missionaries, so not much physical development happens. But I would assume that they mature mentally a lot in that time.

Lots of Samoans are LDS.

Of course it will be a tough game. No idea why people don't give BYU much credit.

Not to mention we have some serious issues on offense....again.
