Must not put JJ in as punt returner ever again. Nice slot receiver, horrible punt returner. Makes 10 bad plays during punts for every good one. Has cost them some games.

Always use the block "M", put real stripes on the pants, not claw marks and go back to Gold not yellow.

Pay Odom the money but have the K heavily goal based. That way if Odom wants to play like a rookie HC, it should cost him. Training wheels are off.
Must replace Hill as ST coach the easy way or hard way...it does not matter.
One disincentive - run that stupid D that gave UK 20+ yards at a critical time again and Odom must return all his base paid to date in the K, less $250k per year. The buyout kicks in and he's fired. Go hold a clipboard for Saban.
