Play and win 8 games then you get the top players in-State to come play for Mizzou. First Drinkwitz need to coach year one at Mizzou to show the recruits that he is good and will be better with better recruits lined up. I rather have the games being played in the spring. That way it gives the players-coach to get things going and be ready and have vaccin or at least be more prepared to play the games.

Ok, so he redshirted at S. Bama, then went to Coffeyville, so 3 to play 3?

Offers list isn't very impressive. Maybe a project with potential?

I think drink saw the writing on the wall that Mizzou OL was not that good and he probably wanted more experience at the college level. I am guessing he rather have the best players playing on the field. Like he had at Appalachian State.

They say that St. Louis kids weren't going to Mizzou, but really percentage-wise it's KC players that go elsewhere more often.

Checking out the recruiting of other schools.
kU has Zero from Missouri or metro KC. Unless you include Lawrence as metro KC. Ranked #50
K-state is sitting at #55 with one kid from Webb City MO, nothing else in Missouri or metro KC.
Illinois has one kid from Missouri, an OL from DeSmet. This is one of Lovie's worst classes, sitting at #63
Arkansas is doing well in recruiting including a kid from KC, no one else in Missouri. ranked #23

The class of 2021 has been Lovie's best class since he's been at Illinois.

Did ky lose a star? Idk why I thought he was a 4*

Him and the other Indianapolis recruit Daylan Carnell are both 4* on Rivals, high 3* on 247 composite

Macon just got his 4th star on Rivals

I'll take it with a grain of salt but 247 Arizona St insider put in a crystal ball for Dominic Lovett to ASU

247 tends to be correct more than Rivals when it comes to predictions.
I found this interesting.
GD: Kyran Montgomery is set to announce a commitment on Saturday. His final three are Missouri, Minnesota and Florida State. We've felt good about the Tigers' chances for quite some time and have heard nothing to make us change our minds.
With Lovett, there's not a lot to expand on. We've recently heard it looks likely he'll end up at Arizona State, though nothing is finalized. Quite a few other people appear to have heard the same thing. Generally, when all the momentum appears headed in one direction, it ends up happening.

Hell yeah, we needed this one.

This is really shaping to be the best rated class in a long time. Rivals has us at four 4* already.
