I really wanted him, too! Jerry Rice didn't have top end speed, either and look how he turned out.

Apparently there's a lot of questions about whether he has elite speed to be a top end WR. Might have been a reason he's not going to OSU.

Why is CJ Boone so low in the rankings?
He is 6’3” and his forty time was 4.32 at the Lindenwood Mega Camp and a 4.61 at the Atlanta camp with a 4.32 shuttle.

His season stats are solid. He has 30 receptions, 630 yds and 8 TDs.

He has got bad hands however, and that is what will keep him from excelling if he doesn't work on it.

I just looked and JQ hasn’t posted since 10/13. I seriously hope he’s ok. He posts 10 times a day normally.

In response to the thread "Is BO a bad person" which will disappear soon, a post which broached the idea that BO MAY lack people skills, with recruiting implications I posted the following which deserves immortalization for those who have forgotten I layed it out a long long time ago:
Wow, funny been saying that for 2yrs. ( "undeserved over inflated ego" "no salesmanship or marketing instinct whatsoever" "dull,so very dull") so that explains why he cannot/will not attract/keep bonafide asst coaches that would help him overcome his obvious coaching deficiencies and to tie into the recruiting thread, why he went 1 for 10 when he was blessed with the best homegrown talent pool in years and why we apathetically accept getting diamonds in the rough. Then there is that tiny flaw, his gameday coaching and Xs and Os. I said it then and I get little satisfaction that others are finally seeing what I thought was blatantly obvious.

Thanks Reedus. The only important issue for me is that enough real complaints/anger/disappointment gets registered with the athletic dept and University administration that a change is made. Do I know the ultimate answer, No. I do know and have known that what we have, is not the answer, unless mediocre subpar is the accepted answer.

Was responding to the other post. Just got tired of seeing the same thing over and over again about how he has said the same thing about BO for 2 years. What that fails to acknowledge is a lot of people were skeptical back then but not many if any thought going through a coaching change after 1 or 2 years made any sense.
